π Windsong Weekly: March 21, 2026
Happy Saturday Windsong Ranch Families,
I hope that everyone has been able to enjoy time with family and friends this past week! My family went to my favorite place, the beach! It was great to rest and recharge as we gear up for the final 9 weeks of the school year.
The first annual West Fest is just around the corner...Friday, March 27 from 6pm - 10pm. What is West Fest? The Richland High School StuCu is hosting an outdoor extravaganza for the RHS feeder pattern. The evening will include music, games, and food trucks. If you'd like more information about the event, click this video. We hopt to see our WRE families there!
Your feedback helps us reflect on what is working well and identify areas where we can continue to grow and improve. Please take a few minutes to complete our parent feedback survey. Your input is incredibly valuable as we plan for next year and work to ensure the best possible experience for our students and families.
Have a great weekend! We'll see you back at the Ranch on Tuesday.
Together we Prosper,
Michelle Qualls

Join Us for a Special Parent Forum: The Tillman Family Story
We are thrilled to welcome Natalia Tillman for an inspiring Parent Forum! If you are navigating the world of special education, transitions, or looking for a spark of "whatβs possible" for your child, you wonβt want to miss this session.
Nataliaβs son, Titus "T-Money" Tillman, began his journey in the PPCD (now ECSE) and Communications programs on April 18th 2011. While he faced challenges with being nonverbal and navigating behavioral hurdles early on, his story didnβt stop there.
Today, Titus is a Senior at Rock Hill High School and has become a true leader in our community. His list of accomplishments is nothing short of legendary!
Join us on 3/26 at 5:30 to hear about advocacy, perseverance, and mindset that helped Titus transition from the classroom to the stadium lights and the speaker's podium. This is a night to celebrate diverse abilities and see firsthand that the ceiling is much higher than we often imagine.
Dismissal Reminder
As the weather gets nicer and we all enjoy spending a little more time outside, we want to share a few friendly reminders about dismissal procedures to help keep everyone safe and our afternoons running smoothly:
All dismissal changes must go through the front office.
Changes must be communicated before 1:30 PM.
We cannot accept dismissal changes after 1:30 PM.
Students cannot be checked out after 2:30 PM.
If your child is a car rider, you must use the car line for pickup.
For the safety of students and staff, we cannot release students to parents who walk up. If you arrive on foot, you will be asked to return to your vehicle and go through the car line. We appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping us keep dismissal safe, organized, and smooth for everyone.
Gum at School
To keep our classroom clean and focused on learning, gum is not allowed at school. Gum can be distracting, messy, and difficult to clean from floors, desks, and furniture. If a student chooses to bring gum to school, it will be thrown away, and repeated incidents may result in additional consequences. Thank you for helping keep our classroom clean and ready for learning!
2026 Hope Walk
Save the date! Hope Walk 2026 will be April 11th from 9-11am. Hope Walk shirts are available to order until March 11th and will be delivered to campus on April 3rd. See the flyer for more information and to order a shirt.
