Registration for Eastview Elementary PTA’s Fall Mumkin Fall Flower Sale is now open.
Register your store today for it to go live. Even though our sale hasn’t official opened yet, you can still take orders! Share your store today with family and friends so they can support your student and your organization while getting some greenhouse-grown spectacular mums. Early orders are fully credited toward prize eligibility for your student(s).

Please Use FinalForms Email to Create Account and Complete Forms
Avon Lake City Schools has moved to FinalForms, a new online system that will make completing back‑to‑school forms more efficient in the future. This will take the place of the PowerSchool process used in past years.
Families should have received a confirmation email from FinalForms with a link to create your account. Once you’re set up, you can review our 26–27 Back‑to‑School Forms flyer. Completion of these Forms were due August 3, and completing them ensures we have accurate medical information, updated emergency contacts, and your yearly permissions for district policies. If you have not already done so, please complete at this time.

Car Rider Pick Up
If your child is a car rider, please do not park in the lot and walk around to the back of the building. For the safety of you and your child, we ask that you stay in the car and follow the line around the back of the building to pick your child up.
If you would like to park and pick up your child, please have them say they are a walker. Our walkers exit through the main doors of the building. You can park your car in the lot and wait for them in the front of the building.
This helps us ensure the safety of everyone at the end of the school day.
Free and Reduced Lunch Information
Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced-price meals.

PTA
As PTA President, I am so excited for all the fun events we have planned this year. However, we can't make them happen without our fabulous members volunteering their time, creativity and helpful hands.

The beginning of the school year can be overwhelming with all the information sent home with students, so please check our Facebook page or PTA website for information on upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
Our first PTA meeting will be held in the Eastview Cafeteria on Friday September 4th at 9:30am. I hope to see you there!
