Beneke Blast August 21, 2026-August 28, 2026

Dear Beneke Families,

Thank you for another great week at Beneke Elementary! We are so proud of how well our Bears did during their second week of school. Our students did an amazing job navigating the building, finding their classrooms independently, and settling into their daily routines. It has been wonderful to see their confidence growing each day!

As we continue the school year, we want to emphasize the importance of daily attendance. Beneke has a long-standing tradition of having the highest attendance rates in Spring ISD, and we want to continue that tradition this year. Every day of instruction matters! Consistent attendance directly impacts academic growth, achievement, and your child’s overall success. Please help us by making sure your Bear is at school, on time, and ready to learn every day.

We also have exciting news to share about our Pre-K program! We currently have space available for additional Pre-K students. If you have family members, friends, or neighbors who have a Pre-K-aged child and are looking for a great school, please encourage them to contact Beneke Elementary. Our team will be more than happy to assist families with the enrollment process and welcome more little Bears to our Beneke family!

Thank you, parents and families, for your continued support and partnership. We are off to a wonderful start, and together we will continue building on Beneke’s tradition of excellence.

One Team, One Dream, Stronger Together!

With Bear Pride,
Julie Smith
Principal

Julie Smith

Arrival and Dismissal

School Hours 7:35 AM-3:25 PM

7:35 AM-8:05 AM Student Arrival

8:06 AM Tardy Bell Rings

3:25 PM-3:45 PM Dismissal

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr. Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.

Walker B Parents, please do not park on the side of Briarchase Drive disrupting the car rider line. If your child is a walker you may not call them over to a car where you are parked or driving. You need to exit your vehicle and walk to meet your student.

Llegada y Salida

Horario escolar: 7:35 a. m. – 3:25 p. m.

7:35 a. m. – 8:05 a. m. | Llegada de estudiantes
8:06 a. m. | Suena la campana de tardanza
3:25 p. m. – 3:45 p. m. | Salida
