Parents -

If you would like to receive automatic notification from Focus when your students grades dip below a threshold that YOU SET, we have linked directions below! Other options for customization include attendance, discipline, and billing information.

How to create custom parent notifications in Focus.

Focus Parent Support

Mandatory Registration Online Form Mandatory Registration Online Form

Student Chromebooks will be turned off in week one of school if their online registration is not completed.

Parents are able to access this “Online Registration” feature when they log onto the Parent Portal. If you need assistance with your parent portal account, please contact us at 636.561.0075 and we will be happy to assist.

Troubleshooting:

  • Navigate to the Focus School Software website and login, before downloading the new Wentzville Schools app.
  • Be sure to download the Wentzville Schools app, just searching for Focus School Software may not display the correct app.
  • Update your password, because you may already have account! To do this, you'll need to click "forgot password." Enter the email associated with your current previous Tyler 360 parent portal account. You will receive an email with a link to your new credentials. "Click to view your new credentials" and then "click here to LOGIN to the Portal" with the new credentials. From there, you will be prompted to reset your password. You can then log into Focus with your new password.
  • If you do not see the annual required forms when you login, make sure you are listed as Parent Contact #1. Only the parent listed as Contact Parent 1 (located under "Addresses & Contacts") in Focus can complete the forms.
  • If you are parent who is also a district employee, you must use a personal email address to login.

Please log in to Focus and complete your student's registration today.

High School Bell Schedule Clarification High School Bell Schedule Clarification

LHS Bell Schedules

SOAR Time (named Power Time on student schedule) is a one-hour break in the middle of the day for student choice. During this time, students eat lunch, practice time management and self-care as well as meet with teachers, make up tests, participate in clubs/activities, study, complete homework, and take care of their individual needs.

CLARIFICATION:

  • Students may NOT leave during SOAR time. Liberty does not have an open campus policy. Meaning students are not allowed to go get lunch and come back during this time.
  • Students may not order GrubHub, DoorDash, etc, during the school day.
  • Students caught leaving campus and/or propping a door open will receive consequences including ISS (in-school suspension).

NEST Time (named Student Success Time on student schedule) is focused academic time on Thursdays only. During this time, students are able to visit other teachers for academic purposes, complete homework, check grades, take tests/quizzes, and participate in some career exploration. Students who are in need of additional support to meet their academic goals will receive tiered intervention.

Freshmen Orientation (Link Crew Day) Freshmen Orientation (Link Crew Day)

The transition from middle school to high school is a big one, and it comes along with many challenges. To help ease apprehensions and set freshmen up for success, Liberty High School's Link Crew will be hosting a voluntary freshman orientation on Friday, August 16 at 9 a.m. in our main gymnasium. Link Crew's junior and senior members were chosen to represent the many academic and social groups present at Liberty, and all have joined to assist freshmen in their time at and beyond orientation. Following a fun kickoff in the gym, students have an opportunity to meet Link Crew students and fellow students, ask questions they may have about classes and school life, and see the building. The event will conclude around 11:00 a.m. Please plan to pick up/drop off your students at the main entrance of the school, as buses will not be running.

We are aware that some freshmen will be unable to attend. Those students will be contacted by our Link Crew students following orientation, and they can look for any Link Crew student in a Link Crew t-shirt on the first day of school to ask for help.

For any questions or concerns, please contact Matthew Eversole at mattheweversole@wsdr4.org.

We hope to see you there!
