Display Table Information (for families who requested a table)

Thank you for showcasing your student’s work at our Open House on Thursday, May 14!

• Bring your display items to the Gym between 11:35 AM and 2:15 PM on Thursday.

• Look for the table labeled with your name.

• Contact Megan as soon as possible if you have any special display needs.

• Please leave your display up until 6:15–6:30 PM so all guests can enjoy it.

• Afterward, clean your area and return your table to the back hallway.

Open House is this Thursday, May 14, from 4:30–6:30 PM. This is a drop‑in event with no formal opening ceremony. Please invite your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful display of student work. It’s also a great opportunity to bring guests who may be interested in enrolling at PGS.

Class Schedule Notes for May 14

· All Lively Classes will still meet at the Lively Property on May 14.

· Mrs. Hinds’ AM and PM classes will meet together at 9:30 AM, so both groups will attend in the morning.

For 3rd Graders

· You may display your culminating North America Social Studies project.

· Please drop off your materials to Mrs. Johnson as soon as possible. She will set up the 3rd grade Social Studies display.

· She would also appreciate your help taking down the display at the end of Open House.

For 4th Graders

• If you were in WA State History with Mrs. Bailey during first semester, you should have received an email from her with your Open House instructions.
• If you were not in Mrs. Bailey’s class last semester but would like to display your culminating WA State project, please contact Megan to reserve a display table.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFO:

Some classes will be canceled due to Oral Reading Fluency/iReady testing, May 18-20.

• Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday May 18,19 & 20, there will be no Mrs. Johnson classes due to ORF/iReady appointments.
• Wednesday, May 20, there will be no Mrs. Hinds classes due to ORF/iReady appointments.

• Thursday & Friday, May 21 & 22, there will be regular classes as scheduled.
• PLEASE NOTE: Mrs. Wight’s classes will still meet as usual.

PGS Variety Show Sign Up Link

Show will start at 6 pm on Wednesday, May 13 at the Everett High Little Theater.

Performers arrive at 5 pm.

Our yearbook team is gearing up to create something truly special this year—but we can’t do it alone. We’re looking for a few creative volunteers to help us capture the school year by taking photos at events and sorting images for the yearbook.

Lunch food service ends at 11:40 am and cafeteria closes at 11:50am

In the event of severe weather, power outages, or other emergencies, Everett Public Schools may adjust schedules to ensure the safety of students and staff. Using multiple communication methods, we aim to inform families and staff about schedule changes by 5:30 a.m. We will post any school closure or delay decision on the district website as soon as it is made.
