4th Annual CCA Silent Auction
We're gearing up for our annual silent auction, and your help is needed! The funds we raise cover the cost of field trip transportation for every student at Cherry Creek Academy. Last year, we raised $18,000 for our kids' field trip transportation — let's keep that momentum going!
How to get involved:
Donate an item or experience for the auction.
Help us collect items from local businesses.
Sponsor the event. We have Gold ($300) and Silver ($150) sponsorships available.
All donations and sponsorships are greatly appreciated. To donate or learn more, contact us at silentauction@cherrycreekacademy.org.
Our Book Fair is coming up on September 22- September 26. Students will have the opportunity to browse and shop during school. To make payments, quick, secure and simple - set up an eWallet for your student. Here's how:
1. Visit Cherry Creek Academy's Book Fair homepage.
2. Sign in or create a Scholastic account to set up a new eWallet for this Fair.
3. Select “Create an eWallet” and then choose “I’m a teacher…”
4. Choose the SHARE button and invite others to contribute. Use funds to shop the Fair and refresh your library with new books your students will love.
Thank you to our volunteers who have signed up to help run our Book Fair. If you're plans have changed, please be sure to update us by canceling your shift. Please visit Track It Forward to manage and sign up for available shifts.
Shakespeare in the Parking Lot
Friday, September 12 - Middle School Students
Our 5-8 graders will have the opportunity to attend an abridged performance of A Midsummer Night's Dream by Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA). The performance will take place in and around a pick-up truck "set" in CCA's parking lot. Following the performance, 7-8th grade students will take part in an interactive workshop led by cast members.
Please keep an eye on the weather and send your 5-8th grade students to school with sunscreen and weather appropriate attire, as the performance is outdoors.
Huge shoutout to our 7/8 Reading teacher, Katelyn Bradley, for bringing this amazing opportunity to CCA!

In the Extended Tutorial, Middle School students will be able to work on homework or projects in a structured environment with the support of Mr. Gaulden, our 7th and 8th grade Writing teacher. Students will not only complete work, but practice organization and self-advocacy skills.
In addition to completing homework, students will also have a chance to practice their reading or math skills with individualized i-Ready lessons, based on their August 2025 i-Ready Assessment.
If your child is one or more grade level below what is expected based on i-Ready, then we would strongly encourage you to sign up for the Extended Tutorial.
