ANDOVER PROGRAM FOR PARENTS OF ENGLISH LEARNERS
In-Person English Classes
Join other Andover parents and guardians to practice conversation, reading, and writing in a supportive setting with a skilled instructor. There's no need to register—just drop in whenever you can make it.
Our Mission
- Support English language skills: We help parents and guardians improve their English through practical conversation and writing practice.
Focus on the school community: Our sessions cover common situations like children's activities, homework, school policies, and field trips.
Explore US history and culture: We familiarize parents with US history, customs, holidays, and local culture.
Foster community connections: This is a great opportunity to connect with other families and learn about ways to get involved in the community.
Our Instructors
Classes will be held by world language consultant, president of Idioma Education & Consulting and Andover parent Mellissia Walles, and Marika Lyons, Assistant Principal at High Plain Elementary School.
