You’ll find two templates below: one for Meet the Teacher and one for Meet the Counselor.

Everyone should send an introduction to the appropriate group based on your role:

• Classroom teachers: Send to your classroom families

• Homeroom teachers: Send to your homeroom families

• Counselors, coaches, librarians, and other support staff: Send to the full school community

Please feel free to personalize your template to match your role and voice—add a favorite quote, a photo, or a note about what you're most excited for this year. The goal is to give families a warm, welcoming glimpse of you and how you’ll be supporting their child this year.
