Important Updates To The 2025-2026 School Calendar

2025-2026 Calendar Update #1 - PSSA Testing Dates
PSSA testing days for scholars in grades 3-8 have been adjusted due to anticipated transportation challenges from the NFL Draft event.
The new dates for grades 3-8 PSSA testing are:
ELA PSSA - Tuesday, 4/28, Wednesday, 4/29 and Thursday 4/30
ELA Make-up testing - Friday, 5/1
Math PSSA - Monday, 5/4 and Tuesday, 5/5, with make-up testing in the afternoons
Science PSSA (for scholars in grades 5 & 8 only) Wednesday, 5/6 and Thursday, 5/7
Make-up testing - Friday, 5/8
2025-2026 Calendar Update #2 - Week of April 20-24
On Monday, April 20, Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22, our schools will maintain their regular operating schedule. Scholars will report to school for in-person instruction.
On Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24 our schools will operate remotely. Scholars WILL NOT report to school buildings. Scholars WILL engage in remote instruction by completing the assignments in their green folders.
Important Reminder About Scholar Attendance!
If scholars DO NOT return green folder containing completed assignments on Monday, 4/27, the scholar's attendance will be marked as ‘absent, unexcused’ for 4/23 & 4/24.
At the beginning of April, school leaders will let you know when green folders will be sent home with scholars!
