A HUGE Thank You!

Thank you to all families who brought sweets to make the staff dessert raffle an amazing event for one and all. You donated over 100 items, which made it possible for us to include all of our staff members in the fun!

New Activity Bus Procedure

Starting immediately after winter break, all students taking the activity buses will need to scan on to the buses, no exceptions. Therefore, you must have your ID with you for morning, afternoon or activty bus rides. Please see Mr. Gillette if you have any questions.

See Something, Say Something

Barrington 220 is now partnering with an Illinois school safety helpline aimed at providing students a place to report information that might prevent bullying, suicide, and campus violence. Safe2Help is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It allows students to confidentially share school safety issues via a mobile app, text, email, or phone call. You will notice that the "See Something, Say Something" button on our district and school website now links directly to the Safe2Help contact page. We are asking that all students, parents, staff, and community members now use this platform to report safety concerns. In the case of an emergency, call 911. Please be aware that when a Safe2Help report is made which references suicide, self-harm or school safety building staff and/or local authorities will be contacted.

Safety 220

During an emergency situation at one of our schools, it is important for our community to work together. Barrington 220 has developed this tip sheet for parents/guardians, which shares specific actions parents/guardians should take in the event of an emergency.
