Get ready, Arc family, because this year's Halloween Party is going full Forks, Washington! 🌙✨ On Sunday, October 25, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, we're taking over the Cheyenne Moose Lodge (1019 S. Greeley Hwy) for a Twilight-themed afternoon that's spooky, sweet, and just a little bit sparkly. 🎃

✅ Sign-up is NOT required and 🎟️ admission is FREE! Just show up and join the fun!

Whether you're Team Edward, Team Jacob, or Team "I Just Want Snacks," there's a place for you here. 🧛🐺 We'd love to see your best Bella, Alice, Emmett, or even a member of the Volturi, but any costume is welcome. Witches, superheroes, pumpkins, you name it! And if dressing up isn't your thing, that's 100% okay too. Come as you are. 💛

The afternoon will be packed with Twilight-themed fun, including games like the Hold On Tight Spider Monkey Toss 🐒, Twilight Musical Chairs 🪑, and even a trip to the Volturi Castle! 🏰 Plus trivia and dancing all afternoon long. 💃 Don't miss our costume contest, which is open to ALL costumes, and be sure to check out our Twilight-themed carved pumpkins featuring sparkly vampires, wolf silhouettes, and the Cullen crest! 🎃✨

Snacks will be available for purchase 🍿 at $3 for members and $5 for non-members. Each snack bag includes chips, a fruit snack, cookies, and a special packed sugar-free "blood bag" fruit punch 🩸🥤. Snack bags are limited to the first 75 people, so plan to arrive early! Gluten-free options will be available, but we can't accommodate sugar-free requests for the other snack items.

Want to help make the magic happen? 🕸️ We're looking for members and family members to help run games, snacks, and musical chairs. Volunteers arrive at 12:30 PM for setup, and as a special thank-you, family members who help will receive a $5.00 off coupon for their membership dues! 🎁 We're also gratefully accepting candy donations 🍬, which can be dropped off at The Arc Office (4515 E Pershing Blvd, Ste F) or brought with you to the party.

We're inviting our community to help decorate the Annual Capitol Christmas Tree for the 2026 Capitol Tree Lighting on December 2nd at 1:00 PM! ❄️

This year's theme is "Frosty Wonderland" — celebrating the crisp, sparkling beauty of a frosty winter's day. We'd love for kids and adults with and without disabilities to create ornaments together, promoting friendship and inclusion across Wyoming. 🤝✨

🎨 Ornament Ideas:

• Frosty snowmen and snow globes ⛄
• Delicate frost patterns and lacy snowflakes ❄️
• Sparkling icicles and frozen ponds
• Bundled-up winter animals (polar bears, penguins, snowy owls, arctic foxes) 🐻‍❄️🦉🦊
• Frosted pine trees and snow-dusted branches 🌲
• Jack Frost and frosty windowpanes
• Or anything that captures a crisp, frosty winter chill!

📅 Important Details:

• Deadline: Ornaments must arrive at our office by Friday, November 13th, 2026 — late submissions won't make it onto the tree, so please mail early!
• Delivery: Mail to P.O. Box 1812, Cheyenne, WY 82003, or call 307-632-1209 to arrange drop-off
• Note: We can't pick up ornaments, and drop-off containers won't be returned
• Names: First names only, please, if you'd like to add one

🎄 Christmas Party Update: We're Sold Out! 🎄

Thank you, Arc family! The response to this year's Annual Christmas Party has been incredible, and tickets are now officially sold out. We're so grateful for your enthusiasm and can't wait to celebrate with everyone.

🎅 For those with tickets:

⏰ Check-in begins at 11:15 AM, and the party runs until 3:00 PM
📍 LCCC (Laramie County Community College), Clay Pathfinder Building

🎁 A few reminders:

• Tickets are transferable but non-refundable, so if your plans change, you're welcome to pass your ticket along to someone else.
• Now that we're sold out, we're unable to accommodate any additional guests.
• If you need a support person with you, please make sure they have a ticket as well.

Membership Details

Individual - covers 1 person.

Family - Covers two or more related people living in the same house. Individuals residing in a provider's shared housing are not eligible for a family rate.

Corporate -Covers all business employees or staff employed by the provider agency. Staff who are covered under a corporate membership receive the same benefits as individual members, such as free entry into weekly events and member pricing on extra events.

Entry Fee's- some events may have an additional cost for both members and Non-Members. Please see event information for more details.
