We are wishing you all safe, relaxing, and fun Fall Break! Reminder, fall break is October 13th-17th! We look forward to seeing all those smiling faces back at school on Monday, October 20th.

Your student's school pictures should have come home by now. Every student who had their picture taken received a calendar card (with ordering instructions), along with a picture package if you placed an order.

• If you ordered package J (class composite picture), those will not be ready until after our upcoming retake day.
• If you have questions or concerns about your student's picture package, please contact Van Gogh School Photographers customer service at (303) 679-9003 for assistance.
• If your student missed Picture Day in August, or simply would like to "try again", Retake Day is on Friday, October 24th! If you ordered a package, please send it in with your student that day to give back to the photographer when they have their retake.

Bingo Sets

Pre-purchase a set of four bingo cards for $5! It is recommended that each person has their own set of 4 game cards (so a family of 4 should buy 4 sets of game cards).

Daubers

We will have daubers for sale for $2. It is recommended to have 1 per person. Don’t want to buy a dauber? ...no worries, we’ll also have crayons!

Concessions

Concessions will also be available for $1. There will be drinks, chips, popcorn and candy. We also have a PTO Restaurant Night at Modern Market, so you can grab dinner before or after Barnyard Bingo!

Opportunity Tickets

We have several AMAZING Baskets that could be yours! Purchase Opportunity Tickets to for the opportunity to win! One ticket for $1 or 15 tickets for $10.

Volunteer

We need volunteers and concessions. Sign up to volunteer and provide food donations here to earn yourself a free bingo pack and reserved seating!

K-2 Artwork: Anyone who missed out on picking up your child's art during conferences please click here to purchase their work and then email Mrs. Myers (eamyers@dcsdk12.org) to arrange delivery of art. Art will stay framed through fall break, but will be unframed upon returning to school.

THANK YOU again to everyone who donated to the Fund Run! During the assembly last Friday, we had a special guest - DINGER - help us reveal the total amount donated. We raised over $47,000!! The grand prize of mini golf and inflatables tomorrow will be our final celebration of reaching our Fund Run goals this year! Thank you to everyone who supported Heritage! Way to go, Explorers!

Mark your calendars for our next Community School Event on Thursday, November 13th - Mother/Son Dodgeball! Your boys have been looking forward to this for a year, and we know you have too, moms! Registration information will be available after Fall Break.

A huge THANK YOU to Ridgeline Customs for making our Fund Run assembly extra special by bringing in Dinger from the Colorado Rockies! Our students were thrilled to see a favored mascot in person dancing, cheering, and bringing Rockies spirit to our school while celebrating our fundraising efforts! We’re grateful for your generosity and support of Heritage!
