Here are a few dates to reserve on your calendar:

May 5th-9th: 8th grade week

May 9th: 8th grade GALA: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Rutland Middle School.

This event is for RMS 8th grade students who purchased Package #1. No outside guests are allowed to participate.

May 12th: North GA Field Trip

Parents, please review the updated itinerary in the Kelly Tours platform.

May 21st: 8th Grade Awards and Promotion Ceremony 10:00 am, Rutland High Auditorium.

Due to limited seating, 8th grade students will receive two (2) tickets per student for this event. If you bring a child, please hold him/her in your lap. Please do not bring any

balloons or large floral arrangements into the auditorium. Thank you in advance for your

cooperation.

6th & 7th grade Awards Day is Tuesday May 20th at 10 a.m. Location: Rutland Middle School.

Students who will receive an award and their parents will be invited to attend the 6th & 7th grade awards program.

Rutland Middle School is the top middle school fundraiser in the Bibb County School District for Hats 4 Hope. Thank you for all of the support you gave in helping raise awareness of childhood cancer.

Mrs. King, ELA teacher on Team 6-1, recently rewarded her students with the highest IXL usage of lessons. Great job!
