Lincoln Elementary School Update

We have been doing much better as a school with our daily attendance rate. As a reminder, many of the activities and lessons that take place in a typical school day are hard or impossible to recreate at home. So it is exceedingly important that our students are attending classes at Lincoln STEM each and every day. Our daily rate is right around 93 percent and our goal this year is to have a daily attendance of 95 percent. Please help us reach our goal!

On Leap Day, Lincoln students had the opportunity to choose a "read aloud" book to listen to Each book had a mystery reader/Lincoln STEM staff member that surprised them and all had fun listening to a wonderful picture book. Each student also received a fun frog and a bookmark!

Mrs. Weinheimer and our Student Leadership Team(SLT) have been busy getting us ready for the school-wide reading participation of Jungle Book! The SLT gave students clues about the book and revealed the name of the book last Friday. Each family should have had a book come home last week. Please read as a family and answer the questions that go along with the book. If you did not receive a book or have questions, please reach out to the school office. Happy reading!!

Our Lincoln PTO has been hard at work planning exciting activities for our school. Our PTO is always looking for more great people to help, and we would love to have join us on March 11th at 7:00pm for our monthly meeting. You can be a part of the meeting by clicking on the link below:
