Prom Table Information
Juniors & Seniors,
THE TABLE SEATING FORM IS NOW OPEN!
You will need a POINT person for your group. That person will be in charge of signing up your group to sit together at a table. Your point person for your group will need to have everyone’s FREMD ID#. Only ONE person should sign up for your group. If your guest is NOT a Fremd student - you put “guest” in the ID space on the form. Even if you are going solo or with a friend/date as a pair, you MUST fill out the Table Form to ensure seats at a table.
Groups can be up to 12 people (12 is the MAX allowed in a group). If you do not have a full 12 people in your group, note that others will be seated with you at your table. You will not be selecting WHAT table and WHERE it is located, just WHO is sitting at the table.
FORM WILL CLOSE AT 9:00pm MONDAY 4/28/25! No changes will be made to tables after this point.
Here is the LINK for the table form. It is also found in Schoology ⟶ Fremd Events AND in Jr. Class Instagram bi
A Note from the Prairie Center for the Arts Regarding Prom Photos
We received the following email from the event coordinator at the Prairie Center for the Arts.
Our grounds here at the Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg are one of the most popular prom photo-op locations and with prom right around the corner, I wanted to reach out to inform all schools about the limited parking and construction. Our Village Hall building is currently being torn down and rebuilt, due to this we will not have parking available on-site for prom goers. Along with this, fencing has been put up blocking a portion of Schaumburg ct, the Village Hall parking lot, and pathways to the popular pond destination. Auxiliary police will be verifying who is entering our lot, and have been directed to only allow people who are attending performances held at the Prairie Center for the Arts to park.
If you could please spread the word amongst the prom committees, students, and parents as prom photos will not be easily accessible on our grounds this year. We advise prom photos to be taken elsewhere as we know many schools in the area come here annually for photos.

Senior Walks at the Elementary Schools
The class of 2025 is invited to walk the halls of their old elementary schools (Thomas Jefferson Middle School is opening their doors as well!). Please see THIS SCHEDULE for your school; some schools ask that you sign-up to come so they can better plan for the number of students coming.
Make sure to have your photo id/driver's license ready when you arrive!
