Parent newsletter 9/30

Greetings Park Families,

We have finished our first month of school and things have gotten off to a great start. Activities are starting to ramp up and we hope that you come out and support them. Interim Progress reports will be going out on Friday 10/3 in the afternoon and you will be able to access your child's performance on Infinite Campus. As a reminder, all progress reports and report cards will be issued electronically through Infinite Campus with the exception of the final report card at the end of the year. Please make sure you get access so you can be up to date on your child's grades.

Saludos, familias de Park,

Hemos terminado nuestro primer mes de clases y hemos tenido un comienzo excelente. Las actividades están cobrando impulso y esperamos que vengan y las apoyen. Los informes de progreso provisionales se enviarán el viernes 3 de octubre por la tarde y podrán consultar el rendimiento de su hijo/a en Infinite Campus. Les recordamos que todos los informes de progreso y las boletas de calificaciones se emitirán electrónicamente a través de Infinite Campus, con la excepción de la boleta de calificaciones final al final del año. Choice Students

Students and families who choice into Richardson Park must abide by the choice policies in order to maintain their choice at our school. Attendance, Academics and discipline are the three main factors that determine a choice approval. Please make sure you are abiding by the choice policies. Excessive absences, tardies (lateness) and excessive early dismissals have become and issue. You must adhere to the district choice rules. a failure to do so could result in a students choice being upheld.

Los estudiantes y familias que eligen Richardson Park deben cumplir con las políticas de elección para mantener su elección en nuestra escuela. Car Lines

If you are dropping you students off or picking your student up you must use the car lines. The car lines go through Banning Park. You will turn right into the entrance of the Park and go through the round about. Our Staff at Richardson Park will direct you on when and where to go. We have an efficient and smooth process that when everyone follows the procedures we move through quickly. When picking up or dropping off, please do not get out of the car. We have staff that will make sure the students enter the building and get to class safely. Please adhere to the arrival and departure rules. A failure to do so can cause you to lose your privileges on our campus. We appreciate your support with this. Filas para Autos

Si va a dejar o recoger a sus estudiantes, debe usar las filas para autos. Estas filas pasan por el Parque Banning. Gire a la derecha en la entrada del parque y pase por la rotonda. Wellness Center

The wellness center is currently accepting new applicants. There are health services, mental health services, a dietician, a Doctor on the premises once per week along with a nurse practitioner as well as, a community resource person on site. The services are free of charge and you must register to receive these services. You can visit our website to register your child online for these services.
