- $600 Gift - Promoting RVP: $250, NVP: $250 (If another RVP is between or multiple ERVPs they split the $250 equally between all RVPs & centeral nation NVP). ENVP: $100
Suggestions: David Yurman Ring, LV Necklace, Gucci or LV Belt; Can choose anything in
the price range or add to the gift if you want a higher value.

• NEW NVP
- Direct NVP: 1 dozen roses or flower arrangement at meeting + around $1,200 jewelry or handbag. Suggestions: Louis Vuitton Bag, David Yurman or John Hardy, Gucci Belt
- ENVP: $300 gift

*NOTE: If there is one or more ERVP's that are in the upline of the NEW NVP:

- Direct Sponsor can contribute $100 - $300 to the NVP gift from the upline ENVP.

- Other ERVP's can contribute $50 - $100 if they want as well.

• OUTSIDE CENTRAL NATION FROM EENVP & ABOVE (suggestion, not expected)
- EENVP: can add to the gift above or from the NVP & ENVP suggestions, or if not it is ok. - New RVP: $60 gift; suggestions Tiffany Pen, Tory Burch Flip Flops, Kendra Scott

Promotion Gift Guide For Re-Promotes

If Out Of Title Maintenance

Gifting is not duplicated for re-promotes.

We Celebrate & Recognize a COMEBACK can be harder than the initial promotion! Our emotions as upline leaders celebrating these amazing leaders can influence how we want to gift so we have put this in our guide as a suggestion of what is appropriate & duplicatable as business owners.

Celebration Ideas for RVP & NVP Re-promotes:

- Send Flowers celebrating them

- If you gift again because it has been a while or you would like to - $100 gift for NVP & $50 gift for RVP.

- A Spa Day With You if local to them or gift them a spa day,

- A team get away for leaders promoting together to create community with leaders.

These are just ideas for you to consider when you have a re-promote happen.

Celebration Gifts

Please refer to your “Level Sales Report” to see who is at each level in organization when gifting.

Gift per Arbonne’s compensation plan. Arbonne would pay you on width & depth:
3 Districts Deep 3 Areas Deep
3 Regions Deep 6 Nations Deep

(We recommend you gift per ARBONNE’S compensation plan; Gift based on depth & not just width alone. because it is the constant that ensures everyone is gifting equally/fairly.)

Combo Gifts: NVP’s can gift their NVPs & RVPs one gift for the year that is equivalent to all occasions gift totals. (Christmas, Birthday, and/or GTC)

Gifting Multiple Generations of RVPs in Central Nation
- Guide for you, but choose what works best for you & your organization

Option 1: Split gift total for 2nd+ generation RVPs between you and the upline ERVPs for each RVP. Direct upline RVP will pay 50%, the remaining will be split between upline NVP and/or upline ERVPs

Option 2: You can gift your direct RVP with a bigger gift & let your
ERVPs gift their Direct RVP separate from NVP and/or other ERVPs.

• BIRTHDAYS
- Central Nation AMs: $15
- Central Nation RVPs: $30
- All RVPs outside of central nation up to your 3rd generation RVP: $15 - All Non direct NVPs up to 6th generation: $30
- Direct NVPs: $100

• CHRISTMAS
- Central Nation DMs: $5 - $10
- Central Nation AMs: $15 - $25
- Central Nation RVPs: $100
- All RVPs outside of central nation up to your 3rd generation RVP: $30-$40 - All Non direct NVPs up to 6th generation: $100
- Direct NVPs: $500

• GTC
- Everyone at all levels (Consultant to RVP) in CENTRAL NATION from NVP: $5

- District Managers in CENTRAL REGION from RVP: $10

- Area Managers in CENTRAL REGION from RVP: $20
- Special gift for CENTRAL NATION RVPs from NVP &/or ERVP: $ $50.

($25 from Direct ERVP $25 from NVP. If there is not an ERVP then it is $50 from NVP)

- Direct NVPs: $50
