Superintendent's Letter
Wednesday, May 18, 2022
Dear Staff Members, Parents, Students, and Community Members,
I hope you have been enjoying the changing of the seasons. Flowers are in bloom, hummingbirds are gathering at feeders, and bluebirds are singing.
2022-2025 Three Year Strategic Plan Community Forum
To access the DRAFT 2022-2025 Three-Year Strategic Plan, please click here. The draft plan is based on feedback from the strategic plan survey and equity surveys that were administered over the last year.
The three main areas of the draft plan are:
1) Culture of Belonging
2) Equitable Educational Experiences
3) District Facilities, Technology, Business, and Communication
Please join us on Wednesday, May 25th at 5:30 pm in the LMS cafeteria to participate in round-table discussions about the draft strategic plan. We will be providing pizza, salad, and beverages. To make sure we order enough food/beverages please sign-up here by Friday, May 20th at 4:00 p.m. The forum will not be broadcast via Zoom due to the round-table discussions.
Masking and physical distancing are encouraged at the forum and the upcoming Board meeting.
COVID Cases
New Hampshire, Grafton County, and Lebanon are seeing an increase in COVID cases. Although we are not mandating masks, we highly encourage staff members and students to wear masks and families to wear masks when visiting places where there are large gatherings. We want to keep our students, staff members, families, and community members safe and to be able to hold in-person, milestone events. Our SAU#88 COVID dashboard is updated every Friday.

Top Five Reasons to Help Bring Back the Lebanon Track
1. Resource for elementary, middle, and high school students, faculty, and staff who need a place to recreate
2. LHS cross country and track & field programs will have a new, safe home to train and compete
3. Community resource for non-profits to hold fundraisers for meaningful causes
4. Economic driver for hosting meets and events
5. Promotes healthy lifestyles and builds lifelong bonds and friendships
In closing, I continue to be impressed with the dedication of all of our administrators and staff members. We are doing our best to support each other, our students, and our families every day. Thank you for your continued support of our schools. I look forward to seeing you at our end-of-year events!
