Message from Mrs. Jones
Hello, Fallbrook Families,
As we look ahead to another dynamic week on campus, I'm continually impressed by the energy and commitment our students bring to their academic and extracurricular pursuits.
This Friday, we begin our annual "Kickoff to College & Career Readiness." Students will have the opportunity to engage in a lunchtime College and Career Fair, which represents an incredible opportunity to explore the pathways that await our students beyond graduation. Whether your student is considering a four-year university, community college, or trade school, this event will connect you with representatives who can help inform your next steps. I encourage every student to attend with an open mind and thoughtful questions about future options.
Our 11th and 12th grade students will have the added opportunity to hear directly from one college, university, or trade school by signing up to attend a direct presentation during WPT with their school of choice. Students, please be sure to ask your WPT Homeroom teacher to register you for your selected presentation! Space is limited, so be sure to reserve a spot on Monday! A list of schools visiting during Friday's event can be found in the "Counseling Corner" section of the newsletter.
Friday's ASB-sponsored Club Rush was amazing! The energy, creativity, and enthusiasm displayed by our student organizations was truly remarkable. From the innovative booth displays to the passionate presentations about club missions, it was clear that our campus is alive with opportunity for involvement and leadership. To our new club members: welcome to what I know will be transformative experiences. To our returning members and club officers: thank you for creating such an inviting environment for your peers.
As we move forward into the rest of the semester, I'm excited to see how these connections and opportunities will help our students grow both academically and personally. Together, we'll continue building a school community where every student can thrive.
As always, if there is anything you need, please feel free to reach out by telephone at (760) 723-6300 x3102, x3110, or x3103, or by email through our website. As a reminder, our office hours are 7:30am-4pm; outside of these times families are welcome to leave a message for a return call on the next school day.
Let's make this a great week, Warriors!
