Pumpkin Decorating Competition!
Is your Wildcat ready to show off their pumpkin decorating skills? Have them join our pumpkin competition! The top 3 pumpkins with the most votes will win a fun Halloween-themed prize!
PTA Trunk or Treat
HALLOWEEN: PARADE, COSTUMES, & MORE!
This year's parade on Friday, October 30th will begin at 8:45am on the blacktop. Grade levels will take turns parading around the center of the blacktop while playing Halloween tunes.
We will have designated locations for parents to view the parade (see above). Please note that the "Spectator Sections" near 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade will be outside the fence on the grass. Please have students wear their costumes to school. Please also have your child bring a change of clothes, so students can change after the parade.
Please review the District’s Halloween costume protocols for attending Halloween parades, celebrations, etc.
- No weapons or replica weapons
- No blood or gore
- No skates or roller blades
- Costume masks may be worn during parades only
In addition, all costumes must comply with the District's student dress code policy (AR 5332), which states:
"Clothing, accessories, and jewelry shall be free of writing, pictures, symbols or any other insignia which are crude, vulgar, profane, obscene, libelous, slanderous, or sexually suggestive. Clothing, accessories, or jewelry that degrade any cultural, religious, or ethnic values, that advocate racial, ethnic, or religious prejudice or discrimination, or that promote sex, the use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol, or any unlawful acts are prohibited."

DINE IN FUNDRAISER — THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22!
Round up your friends and family and head to Stampede in Livermore for an all-day fundraiser supporting Altamont Creek Elementary!

Lunch Bunch-Volunteer at School!
As we transition into a new school year, we need "all hands on deck," especially while we establish lunch time routines.
Altamont Creek Elementary is looking for several adult volunteers to become part of our Lunch Bunch. These volunteers will help assist and supervise students during their lunch break. Please sign up for as few or as many time slots as you are able. We appreciate all the help!
