Weymouth Early Childhood Center
2025-2026
June 14, 2026
Good Morning,
What a wonderful first week of celebrations! It was amazing to see so many families join us for our End-of-the-Year Celebrations. Thank you for taking the time to share in these special moments and celebrate all that your children have accomplished this year.
Whether the students were singing, sharing, performing, or simply showing off their classroom accomplishments, they demonstrated confidence, enthusiasm, and pride in all they have learned. Their growth over the course of the school year has been remarkable.
A special thank you goes to our dedicated teachers and staff, who have worked tirelessly to nurture, support, and encourage every child along the way. Their commitment, patience, and passion have helped create a positive learning environment where our students could thrive.
Thank You WECC Parent Council!
On behalf of staff and students, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the WECC Parent Council for their unwavering support, dedication, and generosity. Throughout the year, the Parent Council worked tirelessly to provide enriching experiences and special opportunities for our students and staff.
Thanks to their efforts, students enjoyed many memorable events and activities, including the Annual Turkey Trot, Holiday Shopping Experience, Spring Dance, Joe's Crazzy Critters, and Mad Science programs. The Parent Council also helped purchase new kitchen units for our classrooms, supported Staff Appreciation Week, and contributed in countless other ways that enhanced our school community.
The WECC Parent Council is truly a phenomenal group of volunteers whose commitment has made a lasting impact on our students and families. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, and enthusiasm they have shared throughout the year.
While we are excited for the families whose children are heading off to Kindergarten, we will certainly miss the Parent Council members who have generously shared their time and talents with WECC over the years. We will be looking for new members to join this amazing organization next year. We encourage families to consider becoming involved. It is a wonderful way to support our school, connect with other families, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
Thank you, WECC Parent Council, for all that you do. Your dedication and tireless efforts have helped make this year so special for our children!
Classroom requests for the 26-27 school year:
We appreciate the trust you place in us and our program. We understand how important classroom placement is to our families.
Please know that creating class rosters is a thoughtful and comprehensive process that takes many factors into consideration, including balancing student needs, learning styles, peer relationships, and classroom dynamics. While we cannot guarantee specific teacher placements, all parent requests are carefully reviewed and taken into consideration as we work through the placement process.
Our goal is to create classroom communities where all children can learn, grow, and thrive. Thank you for your partnership and understanding as we make these important decisions.
Tuition:
The first tuition payment for the next school year will be due on August 1, 2026. Parents can mail tuition payment to 89 Middle St. Weymouth, MA 02189 or use the drop box outside door #7 for checks and money orders only. Cash will not be accepted in the drop box.
Safety:
“No Parking” signs will be installed on Academy Avenue within the next week or so. Please note that there will be no parking permitted across the street from our school building between the hours of 1:30–3:30 PM. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep our students and families safe during dismissal.
Have a great weekend.
