Summer Athletic Opportunities
Attention Bearcats:
If your Bearcat intends to play football next year, please see the information below regarding Performance Course.
If your Bearcat does not intend to play football next year, please see the information below regarding Strength & Conditioning.
Performance Course
Performance Course is bringing a major opportunity to our incoming 6th grade athletes in Aledo ISD. This program was developed by Performance Course to offer 6th grade athletes the opportunity to develop both physically and mentally and has been a part of Aledo ISD Athletics since 2007 serving 6th - 12th grade Bearcats!
PC takes a goal-oriented approach to develop speed, agility, mobility, functional strength, and power. Performance nutrition, character development, mental preparation, and goal-setting techniques are also included in the curriculum to develop the whole athlete!
The classes take place Monday through Thursday and begin on June 9th!
We want to ensure all athletes have the opportunity to participate. To receive more information from
Performance Course, please fill out this link: https://info.performancecourse.com/pcinfo.html
and select “Summer”.
Online registration is available at https://www.performancecourse.com/school-district/aledo-isd
If you have any questions or need help with registration, please contact the Aledo ISD Performance Course Director, Calvin Loftis (cloftis@performancecourse.com) and he will be happy to help.
Thanks and we hope your child has the opportunity to participate!

Bearcat of Character
Love - Harper Roberts, 7th Grade
Harper was aware of a difficult time that someone in our class was going through. She went out of her way to show that person love by bringing a sweet gift to them. I know personally that made the other person feel loved and noticed!

Lunch Deliveries
In the event that you need to deliver lunch to your student, please follow the steps below:
- Please remember that you may only provide lunch for your student. No group lunches (pizzas, party packs, etc.) allowed!
- Please be sure that the lunch is clearly labeled with your student's first and last name.
- Upon entering AMS, please place your student's lunch in the bin assigned to your student's grade level lunch.
- The bins will be delivered at the start of each lunch period. Students will be responsible for getting their lunches from the bin.
Again, we request that you limit lunch deliveries when possible. Also, in order to limit distractions, we will not call students out of class to receive lunches.
Thank you for your help with this!
