First full week is in the book. We saw a lot of great instruction going on in the classroom. The newness is starting to wear off and students have already started taking tests and other assessments. I will say it over and over again this year, the key to the high school game is being here every single day. With block schedule if you miss a few A days and/or B days it will start to pile up. Please rest this weekend and we will see everyone in class before the bell 9am on Monday morning.

Hawk Nation, we have two All-State journalists! Congratulations to sophomores Kaitlyn Nguyen and Ella Hiserote on being named to the 2026 All-State Journalism Staff! They are among just 201 Texas high school students selected for this prestigious honor

As part of enhanced safety at campuses, all Pflugerville ISD campuses do not accept deliveries from meal delivery services or restaurants for student lunches. Parents may still bring outside food for their children if they plan to deliver the meals directly to office. All guests are required to follow existing safety protocols and check in with ID at the front office.

Dana Whitmire, Math Teacher, is a true team player who is always willing to support her colleagues whenever she can. Beyond her willingness to help others, Dana is a master teacher who consistently demonstrates a deep knowledge of her content and a commitment to student success.

Please note this is a non-school sponsored trip.

Students must provide completed permit agreement, valid drivers’ license, proof of insurance, and $25 annual fee (paid by cash or check). Permit should be affixed on the front windshield, inside lower right-hand corner and must be in original, purchased condition. Students may park ONLY in the general student parking lots (A, B & C) located on the southwest part of the property as well as the lots located near the athletic Fieldhouse and tennis courts.
