Grand Parents' Day Luncheon

Hello all,

We will be hosting our Grandparents' Day Luncheon on Friday, September 11th. Please see below for all of the details.

All visitors must have a Valid ID. We apologize, but we cannot accept a concealed handgun license as a valid ID. We also cannot accept pictures of IDs.

• You may come in starting Wednesday, September 9th to pre-check in.
• By doing a pre-check in, you can avoid waiting in long lines.
• You must have the physical id to pre-check in, but the person does not need to be present to pre-check in.

We will keep your printed badge. On Friday, please bring your ID and get in the "pre-check- in" line. We will give you your printed badge then.

If you are unable to pre-check in, come early as there will be long lines. We do not want you to miss your student's lunch time.

• There is an alternate lunch schedule for Grandparents' lunch ( See below)
• Grandparents may only have lunch with their own grandchildren
• Siblings may not be pulled from their classes to join another sibling's lunch
• We kindly ask that you adhere to the lunch schedule
• If students will be checked out for the day after lunch, please ensure the grandparent is listed on the pick up list.
• School aged children may not attend luncheons as they should be in attendance at their own school.
• Adults do not have to purchase a meal for yourself to have lunch.
• An outside lunch may be brought in.
• Student prices are different than adult prices. If you would like to purchase a pizza lunch for your student, you may do so through the cafeteria line.

Tickets can be purchased in advance using Revtrak through the QR code in the image below. ($5.25)

RevTrak sales will close on Thursday September 10, 2026. On Friday morning, each campus will receive a list of purchased tickets. If an adult missed the deadline and would like to purchase a ticket they may do so by going through the lunch line. Only cash will be accepted.

While we want our students to stay to finish out the day, we know many will be checked out. To help us facilitate this process we ask you to note the following:

• Only adults listed in the student pick-up list can check-out a student. If an adult is not listed and as a parent you would like for them to check out your child, please contact our front office before Friday to add them to the list.
• Students are to stay with their teacher. You may follow the line back to the teacher's classroom for check-out. Please ensure your student joins their teacher's line at the end of lunch.
• Check-out will take place with either the teacher in the classroom or one of the Administrators located in your student's grade level hallway.
• Please exit only through the front doors upon leaving.
