Head of School News and Notes
Dear Timberwolves Families,
This past week, our AC Orchestra had the opportunity to perform for the seniors at Culver Meadows. Shout out to our parent drivers and Mr. Evans, our orchestra teacher, for providing this opportunity for our orchestra students. 8th graders also attended the Northwest Ed—Career Tech Center to find out about exciting opportunities for when they get to high school.
Please take a moment and check our lost and found. Many items have accrued during our first 10 weeks of the school year. Please continue to work with your children on taking personal responsibility for their belongings. Clothing should go home daily in backpacks. If students take their outdoor gear off at recess, remind them it is their responsibility to bring it back to their cubbies. All unclaimed items will be removed at the winter recess break and donated to families in need.
We hope to see you at the PTO meeting on Tuesday, November 18, from 4:30 to 5:45 in the band room. NJHS students will provide childcare.
If you haven’t ordered from our online book fair, there is still time - details are below. The book fair ends this Sunday, November 16. All profits go to our library collection.
Enjoy the sunshine this weekend,
Tracy
