Did you know that teachers at SMMS offer free homework help each week? If your child is interested in attending, please make sure they have a permission slip submitted to the main office PRIOR to attending.

Faces of the Week
Patriot Awards for Quarter 2
This week, we celebrated our students nominated for Patriot Awards by their teachers. Each marking period, each teacher selects a student to recognize publicly for demonstrating our core Patriot values.
On Wednesday, Mr. Rinker's 8th grade students worked together to build their own versions of Fort Necessity during the French & Indian War using straws, masking tape, & Play-Doh to see if it could withstand the force of battle (a full water bottle).
