Not only is New Prospect one of the few elementary schools whose student have STEM class once a week but we also have a Make Space for our students! The coolest part...it's run by our very own NPE students!

The NPE Makerspace, located in the front of the school by the media center is a space that has a variety of STEM activities that students can use in the mornings before the bell rings from 7:10-7:40. They can build with Legos, practice basic coding with robots (Bee Bots, Coding Critters, and Dash), create interesting designs with Brain Flakes, and much, much more! Each grade level is invited to visit our Makerspace once a week on their designated day. The NPE SWAT Team (our student tech team) helps teach our Panthers how to use these items and they love to jump in and play with students, too. Hopefully we'll see your child there!

Join us for Movie Night on the Field hosted by the NPE PTA THIS FRIDAY, September 26 at 5:00 PM.

We’re excited to introduce the NEW Panther Bundle, where you can save by purchasing your ticket, pizza, and a branded Panther blanket together at a discounted price. Each item will also be available to individually purchase if you prefer. Back by popular demand Mister Softee’s ice cream truck will be on site, along with concessions offering popcorn, candy, and more.
