Get ready for the new school year! We've just sent out a comprehensive email packed with all the crucial information you'll need for a smooth and successful start.

This communication includes:

• Class Lists: Find out your student's assigned classroom and teacher.

Cherry Creek Academy has partnered with Schoolpool to assist families interested in connecting to set up carpools for daily school pick up and drop off, sports and activities transportation and more!

The more families register, the more likely you are to find good matches. Even if your family doesn’t need a ride, consider signing up to see other families that live nearby. Your participation builds a stronger school community.

Exciting news, we have new Chromebook cases and several classes will be using brand new devices!

Repair and replacement costs from our suppliers have increased, which has unfortunately led to a rise in our prices. To help offset these potential costs, we highly recommend purchasing insurance for your child's Chromebook. This can provide peace of mind and protect you from unexpected expenses.

Cherry Creek Academy offers optional Chromebook Repair Insurance for 4th-8th grade students. Insurance is available from July 1 through August 31 at 11:59 PM and costs $40 per student, per school year. Please note that coverage isn't active until 48 hours after payment.

Insurance covers 50% of all damage claims. For example, a screen replacement would cost $80 with insurance, compared to the regular $160 fee. You can make payments online via Revtrak, or by cash or check made out to CCA.

We're gearing up for our annual Used Uniform Sale, and we need your help to make it a huge success! This sale is a fantastic way for families to grab affordable uniforms for the upcoming school year while also supporting our PTO's initiatives.

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with various tasks, including:

• Set-up: Help us organize and display the uniforms before the sale begins.
• Sales Assistance: Assist shoppers, answer questions, and keep the uniforms tidy.
• Check-out: Help with collecting payments and bagging purchases.
• Tear-down: Pack up unsold items and clear the sale area.
