Our 6th grade students had an amazing time at Field Day! They tied for 1st place for the most points. Their level of spirit and motivation was unmatched. We are so proud of them!

Our 4th grade Market Day was such a HUGE success! Our 4th grade students had the opportunity to learn about economics by choosing either a good and/or service to sell to our 3rd grade classes for $1each. Each 3rd grader was provided with $10 in play money.

Students created bracelets, slime stations, hair braiding services, keychains, and so much more!

We are to proud of their creative skills, growth mindset, and ability to create a good/service.

iPad collection will take place May 29th – 31st.

• Y5s – 2nd will be turned in May 29th
  
• Grades 3 – 4 will be turned in May 30th
  
• Grades 5 – 6 will be turned in May 31st
  

Students are encouraged to do the following prior to turning in their iPad:

• Please make sure the iPad is charged to 100%.
• Return the charging unit that you were issued. All parts must be an Apple product.
• Please remove any stickers that your student may have put on the iPad.
• Please delete the videos and pictures from the iPad.
• Turn off any passcodes or restrictions you may have put on the iPad.
• Please delete any alarms.

As the weather warms, now seems like an appropriate time to revisit the dress code. This is a district policy, which is accessible as part of our Student Code of Conduct. The purpose of our dress code is to make sure that our students are dressed for learning success. Parents will be called to bring a change of clothing when students do not follow the district policy.

Here are some of the most pertinent dress code guidelines. The following types of clothing are inappropriate for school and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED :

● Hats, caps, hoods, bandannas, or other head coverings

● See-through clothing or clothing that reveals students’ midriffs, bottoms, or undergarments

● Shorts, skirts and dresses shorter than the tip of the student’s index finger when arms are hanging down.

● Clothes or accessories displaying offensive words and symbols including those related to alcohol, illegal/controlled substances, tobacco products, weapons, sexual references and/or language disruptive to the educational process.

● Beach-type footwear with exposed toes that can be dangerous during recess play. Sandals with heel straps are allowed.

* Please remember to park in a parking spot when walking your child up to their line.

* The bus loops is for buses ONLY!

* If your child arrives late, please sign them in (in the office.)

The goal of our PTO is to enrich the environment of our children, families and community. It takes volunteers to make that happen and parent volunteers are always necessary and welcome!
