The vision of the JCMS library is to empower students to be effective and responsible users of ideas and information and develop a life-long love of reading. By providing both a welcoming, accessible space and relevant, diverse resources, our ultimate goals are for the school community to be enthusiastic, critical readers and responsible users of information through collaboration and inquiry.

Library website

On February 25th, we welcomed New York Times Best Selling Author, Jen Calonita. She spoke to students about her career as a published author, her books, and shared some of her best writing tips. Several students also received a a copy of her newest book, Isle of Ever, which will be available in stores on March 25th. We're so thrilled that our students had this opportunity to meet such a talented and engaging author. It's a reminder that stories can come from anywhere, and with a little hard work and imagination, anything is possible.
