Coyote Update
Chandler Early College High School Vol 2 Issue 3
🌴 Scaringelli's Segment ⚾
And just like that it is September...I am not sure how that happened, but here we are. September is a busy month for our students. Please see the list of important dates below, including our finals' schedule.
Homecoming Season is upon us at each of our student's home schools. CEC students can go to their home school's homecoming and bring a guest. Each school has their own process so make sure to find out what is needed to buy tickets.
School traffic has picked up since CGCC classes have started. Students need to be careful in the parking lot as there have already been a few accidents. It is also important for students to give themselves plenty of time to get to school as finding parking can be difficult when running late.
We have seen an overall improvement in "DIP" at CEC. At the beginning of the year CEC came up with the acronym DIP; which stands for Dignity, Integrity and Perseverance. These three traits follow along with the district's Portrait of a Learner initiative. Each quarter staff select a student that exhibits the traits of each attribute that are essential to student success beyond graduation. Also selected each quarter is a student from each core subject and a school pride award. At the end of each semester students that won in both quarters will be celebrated with a catered meal, t-shirt, goody bag and certificate.

Looks like flu and cold season has arrived early this year and we are passing it around to each other. If you can donate a box of soft tissues, we'd appreciate it!
Infinite Campus Parent/Student Login
Starting July 7th, parents should log into their Infinite Campus account and update their annual student registration. You will find this option in the left index under "More". Updating this annually is extremely important so we have current information on your household. This is also where you can agree or disagree for publicity, internet access and most importantly providing your child with Tylenol should they become ill. Please DO NOT start a New Student registration.
Under "More" you will also need to update the Student Device Agreement. This is currently available for you to complete and must be done on a laptop or PC. Do not use your mobile device to complete this agreement.
Lastly, every year it is highly recommended for you to purchase the $25.00 Device Protection Plan. The fee will appear in Infinite Campus on July 19th and must be paid by September 1st. This can also be found under "More" in InTouch Fee Payments.
