Notes from Emily
What a short week! Especially for me!! I had already planned to take Friday off to be at the school with my kids for their Friendship Parties. I didn't make any of the other parties this year, and this was my last chance, so after two inclement weather days, I'm out again! Feel free to text if you need anything.
I hope you all were able to enjoy these two days. It's not often we get these inclement weather days off, so I'm definitely not taking them for granted!
There were some Program Success Plan check-in meetings this week and several more scheduled for next week. Please do your best to join these if they are on your calendar and be an active participant.

District Updates:
Master Plan
Please be sure to refer to the email from Dr. Scott on 2/10 for updates regarding the Rockwell Forward Project (new salon and Project HOPE building), as well as the new Manufacturing Building. The overall update sheet is a good read too. The plans for the new Student Services area are in the hands of the architect right now, as the district is waits for initial design plans.
25-26 Calendar
The 25-26 academic calendar was approved at this week's board meeting. As I shared at our last birthday celebration, this calendar moves Thanksgiving Break to a non-instructional week. 12-month employees are scheduled to work, but we will not have students on campus those two days that week. The new calendar is linked to FT Connect.
Any changes to benefits will be taken to the June board meeting for approval.
