Giving Tuesday is just around the corner and it is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the spirit of generosity that strengthens our St. Patrick Catholic School and Parish community.

We’ve recently launched our Annual Appeal, and letters have been mailed out to families and friends of St. Patrick. Each letter includes a donor card for your convenience. This annual tradition invites us to celebrate the kindness and compassion that unite us. Whether through a small act of generosity or a larger contribution to a cause close to your heart, every gift, big or small, makes a meaningful difference.

This year, the Annual Appeal directly supports our Student Impact Fund, which enhances our students’ educational experiences by providing valuable resources and opportunities that enrich learning in every classroom. If your employer offers matching funds, Giving Tuesday is the perfect time to double the impact of your gift.

Returning your donor card is simple, and every donation helps move us closer to our goals. The Annual Appeal will culminate with our signature celebration, The Main Event, which will be held on Saturday, February 14, at the Hilton Garden Inn. Mark your calendars for an evening filled with camaraderie, community, and celebration!

The Main Event will feature delicious hors d’oeuvres, exciting live and silent auctions, and high-energy entertainment from Dueling Pianos. This joyful evening is an opportunity to come together, celebrate our shared accomplishments, and invest in the bright future of St. Patrick Catholic School.

Sirens on and smiles wide! Our three Fire Safety Week coloring contest winners got the sweetest surprise, a special ride to school in a real fire truck! 🚒 Big thanks to our local firefighters for making their morning extra bright and exciting!

Please join us tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the MPR for our November CPTO meeting. Students of parents who attend this week's meeting will receive an out of uniform pass for a later date!

Christmas Performances! 🎄

On Sunday, Dec. 7 at 2:00 p.m. please join the Kindergarten, first, and second grade students as they sing songs that will fill your heart with the joy of the season.

On Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7:00 p.m. our Third and fourth grade students will perform their Christmas musical, A Play in a Manger.

Winter Band Concert! 🎷

On Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 7:00 p.m. Our fifth through eighth grade band students will celebrate the sounds of the season.

All school music performances are held in Dutcher Gymnasium. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance time. We hope to see you at of these upcoming student performances.

Honoring Our Veterans

We would like to honor Veterans at our school Mass on Wednesday, November 19, at 8:30 a.m.

If you have a family member or friend who has served, or is currently serving our country, please invite them to join us for this special celebration.

Following Mass, we will host a coffee and cookies reception for our Veterans in the parish commons.

If your guest is able to attend, please fill out the form at this link by Friday, Nov. 14 to let us know how many adults will joining us for coffee and cookies: Honoring Our Veterans. If you would like them to receive a special mailed invitation, please include their mailing address as well.

Just a reminder that Transportation Reimbursement Request forms for the first semester are due by Friday, November 21st. If you live more than 2 miles from school and transport your students to and/or from school, you may be eligible for state reimbursement. If you did not already submit your first semester form at registration time, fill out the form for your district at the link below and return it to school office:

An additional form for the second semester may be turned in after January 1. Contact the school office if you have any questions.

Check out our apparel store with Iowa Sport Supply to help with school approved uniform needs. All orders are placed directly through Iowa Sport Supply and take 3-4 weeks to be ready for pick up.

We are now utilizing a new online bill pay system. EZSchoolPay can be used to pay your lunch balances, Circle of Care fees, preschool fees, etc.

This system is used as a family account, therefore you only need the information for one student per family when registering, and payments need to be made for one family member to be shared with siblings. Multiple lunch and Circle of Care payments are not necessary, as these are family accounts.

November invoices have the website and student number necessary for creating an account.
