Jonathan Alder Junior High

Message from the Principal
JAJHS Families,
I hope you and your family have had a great week! It’s really starting to feel like the holiday season around JAJHS.
In the last couple of weeks, we’ve enjoyed an outstanding drama performance, a choir concert, and a number of great athletic games! It’s great to see our kids excelling in so many different areas.
As we approach the end of the 2nd Quarter, please be sure to stay up-to-date on your student’s progress through Canvas.
We have one more week of learning before taking some time off for winter break. Next Friday, we’ll hold our annual Alder Club Day to give our students some experiences with some quick, high-interest activities and rotations. We will wrap the day up with our Reindeer Games assembly in our gym.
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Ryan Malany
Principal

Medications at School
Sometimes parents ask that school personnel administer medication to their child during the school day. When this is necessary, we require written permission and instructions from the parent and in some instances from the doctor. The required form must be completed and turned in to the junior high office with the medication to be administered.
