North Side Homecoming Celebration

The week of September 15th to the 19th is our North Side Apollo Homecoming week. In celebration we will be joining in the fun for the week with student and staff dress up days. Here is a list of the days so you can begin preparing.

Celebrations and Food

Celebrating your child's birthday is a special moment, and we want to acknowledge how important this day is. We love making every student feel valued and celebrated at school!

In order to ensure the safety and inclusion of all students, any birthday celebrations at school must be non-food-related. This policy helps us manage severe food allergies and dietary restrictions within our school community.

If you'd like to celebrate your child's big day in the classroom, here are a few ideas that are fun and safe for everyone:

pencils
stickers
class games
your child's favorite book donated to the classroom

DELIVERIES TO STUDENTS

Gifts, flowers, balloons and food (including birthday food items) from families and/or delivery services will not be allowed during the school day for safety reasons and due to the allergies of individuals.
