SAT Testing for Seniors - Thursday, October 16, 2025
On Thursday, October 16, 2025, we will be administering the SAT to seniors who registered for the test.
Seniors who registered for the SAT should report to the LGI to begin testing promptly at 7:30.
The SAT is taken digitally using the Bluebook app on student iPads. Students taking the SAT should come to school with their iPads fully charged.
Calculators will NOT be provided to students. Students are welcome to bring their own calculator or they can use the calculator that is built into the Bluebook app.
Because of SAT and PSAT testing, SVHS will be operating on a 3-hour delay schedule, beginning at 10:30 am. Seniors who are NOT registered for the SAT will have the option of coming to school at the regular time or reporting at 10:30 am.
Students who come at the regular time will report to the auditorium.
Students who choose to come at 10:30 MUST have an excuse note signed by a parent that they are arriving late to school because they were not testing. Students who do not have a signed excuse note will be marked tardy.
Students with Jobs Credit and/or Dual Enrollment: If you are unsure about your attendance that day due to the modified schedule, please reach out to your counselor or Mr. Case.

Marching Band Update
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, the Saucon Valley Marching Band cheered on the varsity football team in their game against Pen Argyl.
From there they continued on to Pennridge High School to compete in a very windy and rainy Cavalcade competition.
At the competition the weather couldn't keep the Saucon Valley Marching Band down.
They scored an overall 84.4 (a 10.8 jump from their previous Cavalcade score!!!), they came in 1st place in High Music, 1st place in High Visuals, 1st place in High Percussion, and took 1st place overall for the night in the "American A" division!
As per the Marching Band Director - "This group of kids is INCREDIBLE!!! I am beyond proud of everything they have accomplished so far this season. They are working hard every week to represent Saucon Valley School District with pride and class."
CONGRATULATIONS!
