Whether you’re planning a renovation, routine maintenance, or a special improvement project at River Bend, selecting the right contractor is key to a successful outcome.

To help members get started, we maintain a list of contractors who have previously completed work within the park. While this list serves as a helpful starting point, it’s important to understand the full process, requirements, and expectations before making your final decision.

Who Can Perform Work at River Bend?

All contractors are welcome to perform work within the park, provided they follow established guidelines designed to protect the safety, security, and standards of our community.

Members-Only Access for Returning Contractors

Contractors who have previously worked at River Bend may access the park directly when hired by a member, without signing in each time. This streamlined process saves time for both members and contractors while maintaining security oversight.

Sign-In Requirement for New Contractors

Contractors who have not previously worked at River Bend must be signed in as guests by the member requesting their services. The standard guest rate will apply for entry. This ensures proper documentation and accountability for all work performed within the park.

The River Bend Contractor List

The contractor list includes professionals who have completed work for River Bend members in the past. While inclusion on the list does not guarantee availability, pricing, or specific services, contractors typically meet the following standards:

  • Properly licensed

  • Fully insured

  • Familiar with River Bend’s rules and regulations

  • Approved to work within the park

This list is intended solely as a convenience to members.

New Contractors & Required Documentation

The safety of our members and the integrity of the park are top priorities.
