Suicide Prevention Month
Lincoln Staff,
As we close out September, we recognize Suicide Prevention Month and the important role each of us plays in creating a school community where our students feel supported, connected, and know they are never alone.
Middle school can bring significant changes and challenges for our students, and often it is a teacher, counselor, paraeducator, coach, or other trusted adult on campus who notices when a student may need some extra support. The relationships you build with students each day matter. A simple check-in, taking the time to listen, or connecting a student with additional support can make a meaningful difference.
As we head into another week, thank you for continuing to look out for our students, and for helping us build a Lincoln community where every student feels seen, valued, supported, and connected.
Have a great week!

Camp Lincoln
Thank you!
A huge thank you to our 6th Grade Coordinators- Beth and Ron, teachers, and staff who helped make Camp Lincoln such a great experience for our students!
Our 6th graders had an opportunity to step outside the classroom, build connections, work collaboratively, strengthen relationships, and have a ton of fun along the way! These experiences are so important as our newest Lions continue to build a sense of belonging and community at Lincoln.
Thank you for all the work that went into making Camp Lincoln such a success and creating a memorable experience for our students. What a great example of ROARing Together and SOARing Together!

Principals Calendar
This Week
A quick heads-up that I will be off campus for most of the day on Tuesday for Secondary Job Alikes and Wednesday for Classified Negotiations. I plan to return to campus afterward on both days, but my availability will be limited for much of the day.
I will be checking email periodically, so please feel free to reach out if needed. Our administrative team will also be available on campus for any immediate needs.
Thank you!
