A Note From Our Principal
Hello Baker Families!
As we look forward to November, our school community will be focusing on the Capturing Kids' Hearts character trait of Teamwork. We are excited to see how our students collaborate, support one another, and build stronger connections throughout the building. We are also looking forward to connecting with you during our upcoming parent-teacher conferences on November 11 and 12, which are scheduled directly with your child’s teacher.
Please keep in mind that November 11, 12, and 13 will be half days for all students, with dismissal at 12:00 PM. On these half days, we will still be serving breakfast and lunch. If your child prefers not to have the school's hot lunch options on those days, a cold lunch must be packed and sent with them from home.
Additionally, please note that the last time for Little Car Laps will be on Friday, November 6. We will start this up again in the spring!
We are truly looking forward to another month of learning and growing at Baker with your wonderful children!
Respectfully,
Amanda Nast

Distinguished Artist
Sophia is the Distinguished Artist for her spider project. This was a fun project for our young artists to show their creativity. Students made large colorful spiders with oil pastels and 3D legs. We made our webs carefully and placed the spiders on just right. Sophia was chosen for her spider because of her beautiful color choices, fun patterns and attention to detail while making this cute playful spider.
Way to go Sophia!
