On Friday November 8th attendance notification letters were mailed. These letters are sent to anyone who has 5 or more absences or more than 10 tardies. Additional attendance information that was sent home at the begining of the school year is also attached below. It is important to note that parent verified absences are not considered excused.

We are now using QR Codes to track our students distance. This Thursday particpants moved over 53 miles!!

One thing we hear from parents often as it relates to math is, "We didn't learn it this way in school." We know that is true, and that it can make helping your child with their homework, especially in the area of math difficult. This short video is a great illustration of early number sense and counting. If you have a few minutes I encourage all parents to watch it.

November 7th was the opening day for the Champions Chemistry Club! They still have some open spaces if your child is interested. They meet every Tuesday and Thursday after school in the gym.

If you have any old white adult button up shirts that you can donate, they would really appreciate if you can send them for the little scientists to decorate and wear as a lab coat.
