Welcome to an exciting 2026 at Johnson City ISD. A new year always brings fresh opportunities, renewed energy, and a chance to build on the great work already taking place across our district. I am proud of the dedication shown by our students, staff, families, and community, and I am grateful for the strong partnership that makes JCISD such a special place.

As we move forward into this year, our focus remains on providing a safe, supportive, and high-quality learning environment for every student. From academic achievement to fine arts, athletics, and extracurricular programs, our Eagles continue to represent our district with excellence. We are also continuing important work in facilities, technology, and safety to ensure our schools meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

Thank you for the trust you place in our schools and for your continued support of Johnson City ISD. Together, we will make 2026 a year of growth, success, and opportunity for all.

Elementary 2nd Nine Weeks Awards Elementary 2nd Nine Weeks Awards

On Friday, January 9th the Elementary held their 2nd Nine Weeks Awards Assembly. They recognized students for Honor Roll and Perfect Attendance, and also awarded medals to those who earned them in UIL Academics. We are incredibly proud of our students and the dedicated staff who invest so much time and care into these opportunities. A special thank you to Mrs. Beveridge for her outstanding leadership of UIL Academics. This year, more than 70 students represented our district in competition, which is a remarkable accomplishment. Congratulations to all of our UIL participants on their hard work and success. We also extend our appreciation to the Elementary Student Council for preparing such engaging and entertaining skits, and to Mrs. Walker for her continued support of this outstanding group. Their efforts truly made a positive impact.
