Principal's Message
Hello everyone,
We are heading into the final stretch of the 1st term, as we only have 2 weeks left of school before break. Please encourage your student to complete their work and attend class as we will be issuing credits at the end of this term. I would also encourage your child to talk to their teachers to see about improving their grades and credits now as 2 weeks will go by fast. If you haven't verified your online data conformation please follow the instructions below as we would like to have this completed by the break. We will have our first school site council meeting on Tuesday, September 15th @ 3:00 pm. Any parents are welcome to come and join our council and help give valuable input on decision that directly impacts our school. And as always please don't hesitate to reach out to my office and teaching staff if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Principal
Richard Shipley

Online Data Conformation
Families, please take a few minutes to complete Online Data Confirmation (ODC). Completing ODC ensures that your child’s school has current contact information and all required annual forms for the school year.
To complete ODC:
- Go to the Aeries Parent & Student Portal and log in. If you do not have a log in, please follow the prompts to create an account. If you need assistance with this, please call our school's office.
- Once logged in, if you have not completed the ODC a pink banner will appear across the top of your screen prompting you to complete the process. Follow the prompts and select "Finish and Submit" to finalize the data confirmation.
If you need clarity on the above steps, or would like to see screenshots, please view this document or call our school's office.
Every completed confirmation helps our school stay connected with families and better equips us to support students. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us start the year strong!
