The Wilkinson Athletic Department is so excited to partner with athletes and families for the upcoming 2024-25 school year! Below, you will find information to help you get started on your athletics journey. If you plan to be in athletics next year, please take care of all the Action Items.
Athletics play a crucial role in developing young individuals by instilling values like responsibility, sacrifice, high standards, and teamwork. This packet provides essential information to ensure athletes and families are prepared for the upcoming season.

1. Get Informed:
Wilkinson Athletics Information Slides: Access the 2024-2025 Boys/Girls Athletics Slides to understand our program and expectations. I need to make a few changes to these slides.

Upcoming Meetings and Equipment Issue: Dates and times will be communicated through SportsYou signup (details below).

3. Complete RankOne Paperwork: (*Action Required)
After May 1st: Visit the RankOne website to complete the required permission forms. Please be thorough, sign all documents, and check all boxes.

No need to print or submit electronically: Forms are completed and stored directly on RankOne.
4. Submit UIL Physical: (*Action Required)
All physicals must be completed after May 1st, 2024:
Download the Physical Form: You can click the provided link to download the physical form from RankOne or obtain one from your doctor.
Complete both parts: Parents/Guardians must fill out the Medical History form, and a doctor must complete the physical exam.
Digital Submission only: Submit completed physicals electronically using the provided link.
RankOne Deadline: All other RankOne paperwork is due on the first day of school.

If your athlete was absent during the impact testing completed at school or they new to Wilkinson/Frisco ISD, this must be completed. (Check RankOne to see if has been completed.)

Wilkinson Strength and Conditioning Camp Sign up: Get your athlete signed up for summer strength camp using the provided link.
Summer Camp information:
Students enrolled in the Wilkinson Middle School S&C course also need a physical before participation.
