Happy Friday! It's that time again! Our classroom newsletters are attached below. Please take a read of everything that's happening in our classrooms this month.

News, Updates & Reminders:

***Important: Parent/Teacher conferences will be rescheduled to Thursday, Jan. 9th. This day will change from a full day to a half day of school to accommodate for conferences. We will keep your scheduled time as it was planned for yesterday's original schedule. If you need to change the time or would like to schedule to a different day, please reach out to your child's teacher directly and they'd be happy to accommodate as best that they can. (Please note that this change will mean that we have two half days in a row; Thursday, Jan. 9th & Friday, Jan. 10th. The Aftercare program is available to those families that are registered.)

* Our last day of school has now moved to Monday, June 16th to make up for yesterday's snow day. A copy of the updated school year calendar is attached below.

* The Savoy Craft Fair will take place tomorrow from 9:00am -3:00pm at the Savoy Fire Dept.. Please stop by and check out the Ski Club's Chinese Auction and some great craft vendors. This craft fair will also benefit our very own Savoy Fire Dept..

* The holiday vacation will be a full two weeks this year. Our last day of school will be a full day on Friday, Dec. 20th and we will return on Monday, Jan. 6th.

* We welcome any donations of gently used winter boots and winter gear, if your student has grown out of them.

* Santa's Workshop will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 17th. We are in need of volunteers to help set up and wrap gifts. If you are available, please follow the Sign Up Genuis link below. Also, we sent home the student order form this past week with report cards. If you would like to send them back in before the 17th, then we'd recommend putting them in an envelope with your student's name on it. We will hold onto them until the 17th. Otherwise, you can send them in with your student on the day of the workshop.

* Aftercare payments are due today. Thank you.

Planning Ahead:

* Santa Leo will visit us during our classroom Christmas parties on the 20th. Friday, Dec. 20th is also Pajama Day!

* We will begin our half day schedule on Fridays following the holiday break. Please check out the school year calendar for more information.

* The next PTG & School Committee meetings will be on Tuesday, Jan. 7th and will be virtual. The agendas and links to join will be sent later this month.

PTG Updates:

* Yippee, PTG is going to purchase some new sleds to add to our winter fun during recess.

Health & Safety:

* Students go outside every day unless it is raining, icy, or extremely cold. We appreciate your efforts in reminding your student to bring all of their winter gear to school each day! Thank you.
