Dear NRHS Community,

I hope you all had a great long weekend. We are headed into the last two weeks of school prior to final exams with the last day of school on June 16th. I encourage students to check in with teachers about any missing work, extra help or make ups as we get ready to close out the year.

Our seniors had a fantastic last official day of classes and field day on Friday and finished their week with class and grace. I am looking forward to a celebratory graduation ceremony on June 8th!

We also had the privilege of hosting the German Consul General to New England at Nashoba yesterday who spoke with Sophomores, Juniors and students in German classes about Remembrance culture in Germany. The talk was very informative and our students asked great questions.

May 31 - Junior Prom
June 2 - Scholarship and Senior Awards Night
June 4-5 - Science MCAS for grade 10
June 5 - Graduation Rehearsal and Senior Banquet
June 8 - Graduation
June 9 - Underclass Awards Night
June 10-13 - Final Exams

6/10 - regular schedule with exam 12:50 - 2:20
6/11-6/13 Late starts for exams

June 16 - Last day of school (early release of 10:40)

Nashoba NHS Service Project

Nashoba NHS is working on organizing our chapter project over the next two weeks. For our project, we are collecting donations and raising money to support the Visitation House in Worcester, a shelter for moms and children in need of support and care. To collect donations such as diapers, instant coffee, and baby clothing, we were hoping to be able to set up a donation bin at Nashoba for both students and community members to drop items off in. Would it be possible to set up this bin either in or near the main office? We are hoping to run this donation drive from Monday, May 19th to Friday, May 30th.
