Welcome to Kindergarten!
Hi! I'm Kayla Twedt ("TWEET") and I'm so excited to be starting my fourth year of teaching, and my third year teaching Kindergarten! I graduated from Metro State University of Denver with a degree in English/Elementary Education. I LOVE teaching Kindergarten. It's such an exciting time and I am honored to be sharing a classroom with your child and to be alongside the start to their academic journey!
My husband, Cody and I live right here in Castle Rock and have 3 of our own kiddos: Carson (9), Leah (7), and Hayes (4). They keep us busy!! I also love to do DIY/Crafty projects, read, spend time outdoors (especially at the beach!!😉) cook, and travel! I also love to make decorated sugar cookies!
I can't wait to meet you! We are going to have a fabulous year, and make some memories as we learn and grow!💗
