Dear Beneke ES Families,

As we move into next week, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible effort our Beneke Bears put into MOY testing. Our students worked hard, stayed focused, and truly showed what they are capable of. We are already seeing exciting growth across every grade level, and we could not be more proud of their progress!

In the coming weeks, we will be sending home an update on your child’s current academic performance along with suggestions on how you can support their continued growth at home. Thank you for partnering with us. Your involvement makes a tremendous difference.

A medida que nos acercamos a la próxima semana, quiero tomar un momento para celebrar el increíble esfuerzo que nuestros Beneke Bears pusieron en las pruebas MOY. Nuestros estudiantes trabajaron duro, se mantuvieron enfocados y realmente demostraron de lo que son capaces. ¡Ya estamos viendo un crecimiento emocionante en todos los niveles de grado y no podríamos estar más orgullosos de su progreso!

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
