Sweeny Christian School

We are so happy that you have chosen Sweeny Christian School for the 2026-2027 school year. Below you will find information that you need to finalized registration for the next school year.

Please know that your student's place in the classroom will not be held until we have received a $150 non-refundable registration fee and the Registration Form.

You MUST fully complete the Registration Form for ALL students enrolling for the 2026 - 2027 school year (even if they are returning), as it has all the state required information that the school has to have on file on your student.

We must have student's birth certificate on file before the start of the new school year.

A scanned copy (not screenshot or picture) can be emailed directly to us at scsadmin@windstream.net or brought in to the office to be copied.

We must have an up-to-date shot record on file before the start of the new school year.

ALL Students must have an Physician Form signed by their pediatrician on file before the start of the school year.

If you do not have a way to print this or email it to your pediatrician, you may pick up a hard in the office.

Once you have filled out the ProCare Enrollment Form, you will receive an email from ProCare to set up your Parent Portal.
