As we head into final preparations for testing, and with the added excitement (and pressure) of receiving results almost immediately, I want to offer a quick reminder that we have been doing the right work all year. Our shared belief in our ability to impact student learning through data-driven decisions and collaboration on best practices is what drives achievement growth. This continues to be a strength of ours as a Model PLC, where we serve all our students. Seeing proficiency badges multiply this semester is just one encouraging sign of our collective impact.

This week, let’s focus on helping students build a sense of self-efficacy, the belief in their ability to reach goals and do hard things. Keep it calm, predictable, and encouraging during ATLAS. With just four more weeks of intentional effort, we are set up to finish the year strong and head into summer break by Memorial Day weekend!

Students are starting to have questions about the bike raffle. This is in The Spartan Scoop, but sharing it here so you can go over it with students. There will also be a few special tickets given to every team for you to decide who deserves an extra entry. The raffle will be open during lunches.

We’re excited to invite YOU to help design next year’s staff t-shirt! This is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity and help create something that represents our school​.

Design Guidelines:

• Should reflect our school culture, values, or spirit
• Can incorporate school colors, mascot, or theme
• Keep it simple enough for printing

Submission Details:

• Submit your​ digital design to Chelsea by ​May 15th
• Include any relevant details about t-shirt color, style, etc.

What happens next?

• Designs will be shared with staff for feedback/voting
• Winning design will be featured on our 2025–2026 staff shirt
