Trail Blazer Bulletin October 27-31

Dear Trail Blazer Community
Please review the map below to acquaint yourself with the traffic flow and parking for the evening’s festivities.
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week kicks off this week, promoting a drug-free lifestyle through various dress-up days. We look forward to seeing everyone's participation and creativity in supporting this meaningful cause.
Friday 10/31 Costume Guidelines: Costumes must follow the student dress code.
No full-face masks, coverings, or heavy face paint that prevent staff from identifying you.
No weapons, props, or look-alike weapons of any kind (this includes toy guns, swords, knives, bats, etc.).
Avoid costumes that include blood, gore, or overly scary/horror elements that may disrupt the learning environment.
Costumes must NOT interfere with regular school activities—you should be able to sit in desks, move around safely, and participate in class.
No inflatable costumes or items that take up excessive space in hallways and classrooms.
Footwear must be safe - costumes requiring heels, skates, or anything unsafe for walking around school are not permitted.
Veterans Day Luncheon
STUCO & NJROTC invite veterans and their families to join us in honoring our nation’s heroes at our annual Veterans Day Appreciation Luncheon on November 12 from 11:30 -12:30. This event is a heartfelt expression of gratitude for the sacrifices made by our veterans.
We will be serving a light lunch for our veterans and their guests as well as having some entertainment. We look forward to seeing you there. Please RSVP here by November 3, 2025.
Cybersecurity Tip: MFA & Software Updates
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection to your accounts—like locking your door and using a fingerprint scanner. Enable MFA on all important accounts for a small time investment that pays off in security.
Keep your software and apps up-to-date to protect against vulnerabilities. Turn on automatic updates so your devices always have the latest security patches—think of them as a digital “robot butler” keeping your data safe. Regular updates help maintain a strong, secure digital fortress!
Frisco Council of PTAs 2025 Inclusion shirts are now available for purchase. Click here to order yours.
